Take on one of Australia’s most spectacular triathlon courses as you swim, bike and run around beautiful Minjerribah, North Stradbroke Island. Whatever your age or ability there is a challenge waiting for you at the 2024 Straddie Salute Triathlon Festival.
The Straddie Salute is all about inclusivity and mateship, and we’re stoked to welcome all abilities to take part. We’re keen to make sure everyone can join in, including those with extra needs or access requirements. Whether you’re a seasoned para-athlete or a parent looking for a safe activity for your young’un, don’t be shy, give our friendly team a call!
The Straddie Salute is proudly run as a not-for-profit event, hosted by QYAC and Redland City Council alongside NX.
Each year local community organisations volunteer their time to assist with the event in exchange for a community grant, valued up to $1100.
